The Tour & Logistics Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing tours, trips, and logistical arrangements for students, faculty, and staff.
The committee ensures smooth execution of academic tours, industrial visits, excursions, and events while prioritizing safety, convenience, and resource management.

- To manage transportation, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements efficiently
- To ensure the safety and well-being of participants during tours and events

- Planning tours, industrial visits, and excursions in coordination with departments
- Managing travel arrangements, including vehicles, schedules, and permissions
- Coordinating accommodation, food, and other on-site requirements for participants
- Ensuring safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and medical facilities during tours
- Budgeting, cost management, and maintaining financial records related to tours
- Supervising the conduct of students and staff during events
- Maintaining detailed reports and documentation of all tours and logistics activities
